A 19-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after a 17-year-old was stabbed in the city centre on Friday.Tejuan Allen of Helmsley Road, Leicester also faces a charge of possession of an offensive weapon. He is due to appear before Leicester Magistrates' Court this morning. The charge relates to an assault in Yeoman Lane on Friday which resulted in a 17-year-old boy sustaining stab wounds to his torso.
