A 16-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of rape following an incident in Glen Parva.The incident happened at around 1.45am on Thursday 2 July in the Stuart Road area. The 16-year-old was due to appear at Leicester Magistrates Court today, charged with two counts of rape, three counts of theft from a shop, criminal damage and theft of a pedal cycle.
