Police have twice used special powers to break up gangs of men suspected of fighting in Leicester.They also used the orders stop and search people suspected of carrying weapons.The incidents occurred in the Highfields and Spinney Hills areas on Wednesday and Friday nights.The incidents resulted in one 18 year old suffering a head injury and a police officer being assaulted.Local city councillors have asked residents to come forward to help the police with their inquiries.Councillor Mustafa Malik...
