Police have searched a pond in Leicester's Abbey Park as part of
the Brendon Mason murder inquiry.
A small section of the park remained cordoned off yesterday as officers continued the investigation into the 23-year-old's murder.
They used viewing devices to look beneath the surface of the pond, which is a short distance from the boating lake.
A member of the public
found Mr Mason lying injured shortly after 8am on Tuesday.
He later died in hospital and police launched a murder...
