A driver who was stopped by the police for using his mobile phone at the wheel of a van was found to have consumed cannabis and cocaine.
Louis Perkins, 30, was banned at court from driving for 12 months and fined £500 with £450 costs.
He pleaded guilty to driving when under the influence of both class A and B drugs.
