A town police station is to close to the public as part of the Leicestershire force's efforts to save money.The front inquiry office at Coalville station will transfer across the town centre to North West Leicestershire District Council, (NWLDC), in Whitwick Road.Officers based at the Ashby Road station will not be affected by the change.The change comes into effect next Monday and is the third case of a police station's inquiry office moving to a local council office.The same arrangement has...
